We are looking for a Key Account Associate who is capable of generating leads and bringing more sales to the company.

Key Roles and Responsibilities :

  • Completely own and execute end to end sales for the client. Can provide a demo and presentation at the client’s place. Build, maintain and forecast a healthy sales pipeline.
  • Own and assist smooth experience of clients (handle customer queries and negotiations) Ensure maximum conversion rates on various inbound lead channels. 
  • Use sales tools effectively and drive maximum efficiency. 
  • Work with other cross-functional teams as and when required. 
  • Achieve sales targets consistently. 
  • Understand and work towards teams/organizations objectives.
  • 30% leads will be generated through digital marketing initiatives and the rest candidates should generate the leads by direct sales through identification of relevant partnerships and alliances.
  • Will be responsible for interacting with potential clients to provide end-to-end solutions.
  • Will be responsible for sales and acquisition retention of clients in the assigned territory.

Desired Skills and Experience :

  • Basic knowledge of the payments ecosystem like digital banking, receivables, payables and financing.
  • 1- 3 years of sales experience in FinTech setup.
  • Experience in the payment industry would be an advantage.
  • Strong communication skills, oral & written.
  • Proven experience in customer facing roles.  Self motivated and result oriented personality. 
  • Strong interpersonal skills and an ability to build rapport with customers.  Hardworking with a strong work ethic.
  • Should know how to use basic sales tools.
