The new features are targeted to help Business Owners, Sales and Accountants to update payment details, keep a track of their Collection on monthly and daily views and integration with Zoho Invoices for seamless invoice. Let’s have a look –
I can now do a Bulk Status Update for Invoices
At Hylobiz, our focus is to make payments faster and hashing the manual tasks. Bulk payment update is one of the new feature that can make Business Owners, Accounting life easier. The objective of this feature is that the customer can do bulk offline payments for the Pending and Partially Paid Invoices.
To use this feature , following are the steps –
4. Select the filter and click Apply
5. Select the Payment mode, this would check all the invoices for the set criteria
6. Click on update
7. After processing, this would give you the successful batch update confirmation
I can now view my payments received yesterday, today and for this month in real-time on Dashboard
As a business owner have you ever wondered how many payments got cleared today or yesterday? Hylobiz Receivables tab offers the business owner to view the payment received today, yesterday for this month with no clicks. Just goto the Receivables tab and view it, no setting filters, no saving views.
I can now integrate Zoho Invoice to Hylobiz for faster payment collections.
You can now integrated Zoho Invoice with Hylobiz that would help you
- To sync in all invoices in Draft/Sent status on Zoho Invoice.
- Edits/Amends in Zoho Invoice can be updated in Hylobiz
- All payment will sync from Hylobiz to Zoho Invoice and vice versa
- Ledgers will also be created/updated from Zoho Invoice to Hylobiz
- Zoho Invoice is available for both India and UAE markets
To use these powerful features, and make invoice collection faster , follow these steps –
2. Goto Business Settings
3. Click on Connect to 3rd Party Application
4. Click on Connect your Zoho Invoice Account -> Connect
5. This would take you to Zoho Invoice screen where you can connect and integrate the system.
